Refund policy

Bolly's Paradise Return Policy

Our return guarantee gives you the right to return products within our return policy. You are allowed to open the package and inspect the items, but the product must be unused and returned within 14 days of receipt, including all original packaging, labels, etc. If you return your order later than 14 days after receipt, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund.

Important note: Return costs via local couriers are the responsibility of the customer.
